Our Shipping Policy

We're a small business!

Yen MD operates out of a small medical office in Santa Rosa, CA, and we manually pack/ship all orders ourselves. Sometimes we (the doctors) will even swing by the post office after work to drop off orders.

Officially, we ship Tuesday-Friday during business hours PST. Your order is a priority and we'll get it to you as soon as we can.
